Surfing 101:

Trina and I took surf lessons Saturday night. We both stood up on our boards after only a couple of tries. We are now officially "surfer chicks"!

We looked official in our surfing attire - board shorts and rash guards - with our surfing instrustor Ian.

No, we're not doing push ups...we had to practice our pop-ups on dry land before hitting the waves.

It took us a really long time to walk out to the waves because Ian made us shuffle our feet so that we wouldn't get stung by sting rays. Who knew that getting out to the waves to surf could be so dangerous?
