New (Temporary) Addition to the Family

It's been 5 weeks since the Bar exam, and I finally feel like I am putting the pieces of my life back together. There were 4 weeks in there when I was sleeping 8-10 hours a night. Now I'm back down to a respectable 7-8 hours. Race season finally ended. And I'm getting into the 'groove' of working. With my life seemingly 'normal' for the first time in 3 years, I decided it was time to foster again. Friday I picked up my newest foster pet from the Dumb Friends' Leage. The last 3 fosters I had were dogs, but his time it's a cat. I said my life was getting back to normal...it's not completely put together yet, and cats are a bit easier to take care of!

This is the cat. She is recovering from a respitory infection and just needs a bit of tlc before she goes up for adoption.

The Dumb Friends' League, is great, but they really need to work on their naming skills. They named this one "Wilma". We've talked it over and neither one of us thinks 'Wilma' suits her. We just haven't figured out what her new name is going to be. 'Wilma' and I open to suggestions.

She has taken a liking to this particular spot on the couch.

She seems really sweet so far. Although I didn't like it very much when she jumped up on my bed last night at 2am and decided it was time for me to play with her. We need to work on her timing! But for the most party she's very chill and quiet. I've only heard 2 quiet meows out of her so far
