Wacky Neighbor Sightings

When it's 20 degrees out with 8" of snow on the ground, the first thing I think of is walking outside with shorts and a t-shirt. But don't worry, because I'll have my cigarette to keep me warm. Yep, I have some wacky neighbors. I'm sure they will provide many hours of entertainment for us.
